At Rainy Day Foundation, we focus on mental health support and suicide prevention. We are currently setting up our services to better serve our community. Once established, we will fund low cost counselling and psychotherapy services provided by local therapists.
All therapists are vetted by an experienced psychotherapist and we will aim to match people with the most appropriate therapist.
We are currently working hard to fundraise to be able to fund sessions. Please get in contact if you can help!
If you or someone you know is facing a mental health crisis, please reach out to Samaritans at 116 123 for immediate assistance or call the Sussex Mental Health Line by calling 111 and Option 2.
If you feel like you cannot keep yourself safe, visit A&E for help.
Stay Alive App is a pocket suicide prevention resource packed full of useful information and tools to help you stay safe in crisis. You can use it if you are having thoughts of suicide or if you are concerned about someone else.
We are in the process of setting up our services. Please check back for updates on when we will begin accepting clients.
